Welcome to Zucker’s new rewards program – we’re glad to have you! You can join the program when you place retail orders online, in our app or in store for pick-up or NYC delivery. Points are accrued when you order from our NYC bagel shops – and through this industry-leading rewards program, you’ll save 10% on purchases regularly. If you have been a member of our rewards program in the past, you are automatically enrolled in our new & improved program.
- Earn 1 point for every dollar you spend at Zucker’s on in-store, pick-up and NYC delivery orders. As added incentive, we offer a sign-up bonus of 50 points for opening your rewards account.
- Every time you reach 100 points, you’ll save $10 off your next purchase.
- You can also redeem your points for your favorite menu items, e.g. a BEC sandwich for 100 points, a Baker’s Dozen bagels for 200 points, and much more.
- You can now also transfer your points! Give them as a gift to a friend by text through the Zucker’s app
- You can also donate your rewards to Charity. We’ve created a way for you to donate your rewards points to one of our long-time partners and NYC charity powerhouse, The Bowery Mission. The Bowery Mission is a downtown non-profit that helps the city’s homeless population. Zucker’s has been supporting and donating to the Bowery Mission for many years. We provide 500 bagel breakfasts per day to the mission, and your rewards points will increase our donation.

- Where can I find the rewards program?
When you create an account on zuckersbagels.com or Zucker’s mobile app, you are automatically enrolled in the rewards program. When you visit a Zucker’s location, our cashier will ask if you’d like to enroll when you check out. - How can I make sure my purchases go towards my account?
Your account is associated with the phone number you used for your first purchase as a member, so simply type in your number when checking out. - How do I earn rewards, and how can I use them?
You will automatically earn rewards for retail in-store, pick-up and delivery orders placed in-store, through your account on zuckersbagels.com (desktop or mobile) or on the Zucker’s app. - Where are the rewards listed?
When you’re logged into the Zucker’s app or your account on a browser, click “Rewards” to see a summary of your points accrued and how they can be redeemed. - How long will my rewards last?
Like a fresh bagel, eventually your rewards will go stale! Your rewards expire one year from purchase date, so we encourage you to enjoy using them on your orders. - Do I get a perk on my birthday?
You sure do! If you enter your birthday upon signing up, we’ll give you a $5 off coupon to use during your birthday month, every year. - Can I get rewards points for my catering or e-commerce purchases?
Our rewards points are only for retail purchases at this time – all New York City pick-up, in-store and delivery orders placed through your account will apply. - I do not wish to be a rewards member, how can I opt out?
