PROTOCOLS

Our Retail Stores & Staff

  • Our staff is following all hygiene, sanitation and food safety protocols as recommended by the NYC Health Department, New York State and the CDC.
  • Our customers are required to wear face masks at all times. Hand sanitizing stations have been installed at the front of each shop and behind the counter for staff.
  • We practice social distancing in stores with six-foot markers throughout our store and production areas. We’ve removed many tables and chairs to create room for separate pick-up and ordering lines.
  • Plexiglass barriers have been installed at all stores to minimize the proximity of our customers to our team and to surfaces.
  • We offer contact-free payment options including Apple Pay.
  • We offer in-store concierge services at busy times to distribute pick-up orders and to help enforce social distancing.
  • We conduct daily wellness and temperature checks for all team members, and offer paid leave for our team members when needed for medical reasons.

Pick-up, Delivery, and Nationwide Shipping

  • We offer contactless delivery in Manhattan. Ordering is available on our website and we also deliver through DoorDash, Caviar, GrubHub, UberEats and Delivery.com, who also provide contactless delivery.
  • Pre-ordering is available on our website for pick-up in-store. We also offer curbside pick-up for pre-orders.
  • We ship nationwide from our stores via Goldbelly (www.goldbelly.com/zuckers).

Our Food

  • All meals are individually wrapped and sealed. Utensils and condiments are also individually wrapped.
  • Ingredients are carefully handled, and all foods are covered and wrapped until used in meal preparation.

Our Catering Department

  • We have created new individually-wrapped breakfast and lunch meals for catering clients in addition to our regular menu.
  • All catering orders include individually-wrapped utensils, napkins and condiments.
  • We offer professional contactless delivery throughout Manhattan 7 days a week.
  • Our catering personnel wear masks and gloves at all times, and are trained to support all safety requirement when working on-site at offices.
  • We provide dedicated customer support and will work with you on custom orders or requests to meet your breakfast, lunch, coffee or snacking needs.
