Meet the Marc Forgione Special Sandwich‼️

Named after the iconic chef himself, this bagel is packed with one of his longtime favorites, our whitefish salad, and then gets spread with a light honey jalapeño schmear. We add a zesty squeeze of lemon, salt, pepper, tomato, onion, and Chef Marc’s recipe for caper-pickle relish. This all lives in between a toasted scooped (sorry, bagel purists 😉) sesame bagel.

Thank you @marcforgione for collaborating with us on this special sandwich. As our founder Matt Pomerantz said, “Marc is a hard core New Yorker that took our classic whitefish salad sandwich, something we specialize in, and made it even more sophisticated, delicate and delicious. It’s really an incredible sandwich.”
