From Zucker's to your freezer, we're revolutionizing the fresh bagel experience with new frozen our baked bagels in Plain, Sesame and Everything. We partially bake our bagels in NYC, and you can finish baking them in your oven, toaster oven or air fryer in just 9-14 minutes. WHAT IS A PAR BAKED BAGEL?
Answer: it's not a sad frozen bagel! Chefs around the world rely on frozen, partially-baked breads that they can quickly bake and serve fresh bread. We make our bagels in New York City the old-fashioned way, then we partially bake the bagels and immediately freeze them to lock in freshness and flavor. You can bake a bagel or three anytime you're craving a FRESH bagel to enjoy for a quick weekday breakfast or a leisurely weekend brunch. It's like you've just walked into your local bagel shop – you now have fresh bagels to enjoy!
HOW DO I FINISH BAKING MY BAGEL?

Keep Frozen Until Ready To Bake
Pre-heat your oven or air fryer while your bagel thaws on the counter.

Refresh Bagel with Water
Refresh the bagel under cool running water and shake it off.

Bake or air-Fry for 9-12 minutes
Place on a baking sheet in the middle of the oven for 9-14 minutes, watching for that golden brown exterior. Rotate the sheet for even baking if needed.

Remove from Oven and enjoy!
Let it cool for a couple minutes, then enjoy your hot and fresh bagel!
WHAT SHOULD I PUT ON MY BAGEL?
The sky's the limit! Go classic with your favorite cream cheese or butter. Go traditional NYC with smoked salmon. Have the real New Yorker breakfast with bacon, eggs and cheese. Make it a classic lunchtime with a turkey club or tuna salad. Stay tuned for our favorite recipes coming soon.


WHAT MAKES NYC BAGELS SO SPECIAL?

At Zucker's, we use unbleached, unbromated flours, sweeten with malt, and make our bagels the traditional way by kettle-boiling and baking in our rotating ovens. We also seed our bagels on both sides - no skimping allowed!
